* Coordinating and managing shift operations of Ahafo pit in the areas of loading, hauling, and projects to optimize assets.
* Insuring compliance with all company procedures and policies.
* Insuring the pit is operated safely by operating to the company's safety management standards.
* Insuring the pit is operated in compliance with the company's environmental standards.
* Helping with the training, implementation, and operation of truck dispatching system utilizing high precision GPS. This includes:

1. Coordinate the activities of mining equipment to optimize production.
2. Manage delay time of the equipment to increase the amount of operating time.
3. Implement best practices for hot changing equipment and operators.
4. Training Backup Dispatchers.
