Manage all environmental programs at five large surface coal mines. Tracking and acquisition of permits, and direction of permitting activities.
Supervise and coordinate all environmental monitoring programs and regulatory reporting programs, including water and air quality monitoring programs (sampling, data management, and reporting to state and federal agencies). Prepare, submit, and acquire approvals for annual reports and permit revisions for four mines.

The project proponent is Dineh Power Authority. Coordinated development of an Application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility for the State of Arizona Power Plant and Transmission Line Siting Committee, and assisted with the development and refinement of the NTP Mitigation Plan and Construction, Operation and Maintenance Plan for NTP.

St. Johns, Arizona Carbon Dioxide-Helium Project (Ridgeway Petroleum)
Project coordinator for conducting environmental studies and preparing an environmental impact statement (EIS) for a proposed carbon dioxide and helium field development project. Responsible for day-to-day management of resource staff and agency coordination. Also assisted in scoping process (public meetings).

FOCAS/ELI California Long Haul Project (FOCAS, Inc.)
Project manager for a fiber optic cable installation project. The project involved permitting and facilitating the installation of 850 miles of static wire and fiber optic cable from Malin, Oregon to just west of Bakersfield, California. Responsible for day-to-day management of project activities.
