WORK EXPERIENCE:
2007(October) -- Present - Snowfield Development Corporation, Head Office in Vancouver, BC, Project location at Mud Lake, NWT- Drill Foreman for exploration drilling and delineation drilling on a diamond project-Duties include the hiring of crews, co-ordinating the crews, negotiating land use contracts, the ordering of supplies and equipment, progress reports, problem solving and working closely with project geologists. I am confident i would be a successful asset to Petro Canada specifically this position i am applying for.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
For over 30 (thirty) years, I have been lead hand or foreman on all projects. This has encompassed setting up of new projects, road construction, moving of equipment, the co-ordination of crews, timesheets, billing, field and geology reports, as well as maintaining camp and project supplies, and public relations.
Setting work priorities and allocating equipment with the combined objective of working safely and meeting cost and production reuirements. Co-ordinate activities with cross shift to ensure continuity of work. Evaluate the performance of employees on the crew with respect to competency and work habits with a view of overseeing further training, corrective action or disciplinary action.
I have extensive knowledge and experience in the operation and mechanics of equipment such as, Longyear 38 and 44 skid, Boyles 37, 56 skid, JKS 300 Fly Rigs, Diamec 262 Fly Rigs, BBS 27 Fly Rigs, and TD15, D6 and J1450 cats.
For several years I specialized in Heli drilling in remote mountain terrain areas.
Being the Owner of a Diamond Drilling Company, I am aware of how to keep expenses low, profits high and how to meet deadlines.
