QUALIFICATIONS
I have worked in the mining industry since February 1991. I have 5 years of surface mining as a Roaster and Dry Ball Mill Operator. While on surface at Newmont Gold, I was involved with the start up of the world's largest experimental Roaster and Dry Ball Mill. I also experienced operating Wagner Haul Trucks 16-26T, Wagner 125-250m Muckers, Getman product line including scissor lifts, powder and boom trucks. I have experience working powder crew (safe use of explosives). Current underground MSHA and knowledge of underground mining procedure and ability to perform my job in a safe and productive manner. Some of my accomplishments while employed at Newmont were as follows:
Highest amount of rounds shot in a ten hour shift. Maintained an average of no less than 6 rounds per shift shot.
Highest amount of truckloads transferred in a ten hour shift. 14 truckloads. Maintained a steady average of twelve loads per shift.
Best bolting came in at 5 headings in a ten hour shift. Average headings bolted was 3 and a half headings per 10 hour shift.

Lead Man. Bolting and shotcreting, installing manways, landings, and ladders off a Galloway in a 300 ft escape and vent raise.

Underground Miner
Cycling our own headings, drilling, blasting, mucking, ramping, and bolting procedures. Operate JCI T25 to 700M loaders, support equipment including scissor decks and powder trucks loading and preparation of rounds being shot and extensive experience on running a jackleg. Installation and maintenance of utilities.
Newmont Gold, Carlin, NV. 03/98-02/01
Underground Miner.
Operation of dux and wagner haul trucks 16-26T. Driving truck on backfill crew. Operating all varieties of production and support equipment including JCI, Wagner, Elphinstone Muckers from 2.5-6yard. Getman support equipment such as decks, powder and boom trucks. Operation of Skid steer and Gehl fork lifts. Extensive experience on powder crew and bolting crew.

Roaster Operator.
Start up and operation of the world's largest roaster and dryball mill. Operated circuits on roaster, mill, acid, gas flows, burners, overhead cranes, conveyors, cooling towers, and reagents.

Operation and maintenance of ball mills, leach tanks, ccd tanks, reclamation plant, cat forklift, Michigan loaders, cat loaders and crushers.
