Provide prehospital care to indigenous residents of the Yukon and Kuskokwim River deltas, a remote region of Alaska outside of the road system. Flying in small aircraft to 58 villages in an area approximately the size of Syria. We also fly with US military Blackhawk helicopters for rescue missions in extreme weather when conditions render the area unreachable by plane. Each team member also has administrative duties to keep the operation running, and I am responsible to organize and restock supplies as needed.
