General Information Summary
I have over 15 years experience working as a scaffolder which lead to progression of Supervisor, Foreman & Charge hand status.
Experience of using all types of scaffold to include the following:-
Tube & fitting, Coup Lock & Layer scaffolds, alloy scaffolds plus Ischebeck-Titan supports.
I have worked on numerous high profile sites throughout my career which include Power stations, Oil refineries, and Chemical sites & Europe's Largest Shopping Mall. All have included working on all types of heights and special scaffold work to include drawing projects.

Work History – Contract work

2007 – Present – Hayrod – On Balfour Beatty Project
I have been employed as a scaffold Foreman on the Balfour Beatty site based on the Liverpool Paradise street project which will be the largest shopping complex in Europe, Working on various scaffold projects. Foreman responsibilities details above.

2007 – 2007 – Northern scaffold group
Working on the New Liverpool arena contracted to Bovis, working on specialist projects, involving beam work and drop scaffolds plus canter lever scaffolds. I also work on project involving drawings and was based here as a Supervisor.
Supervision of working squads of scaffolders and co-ordination between services and working trades. Supervision of routine scaffold inspections daily on completion of erection.

2004 – 2007 – Interserve
Working as a Foreman on one of the largest print works factories in UK, managing a team of 30. Which involved management of manpower and material distribution. We also dealt with all types of scaffolding and confined space work. As well as using rough terrain Tele- handlers, Fork Lift trucks and trailers.

2001– 2004 - Interserve
Three years experience, one of which was at charge hand status, gained whilst working on Esso Oil refinery based in Southampton, my experience involved confined space work in tanks using breathing apparatus, and various special scaffold projects.

1992 – 2001 – Nationwide Site Services
Experience of working on various Chemical sites and Industrial factories throughout my time with Nationwide but my biggest project with Nationwide was building a new Power station in Slough, Berkshire for 3.5 years. Were I was also a charge hand.

Travel: - USA, UAE, UK and wider Europe.
Interests. I generally keep fit by going to the gym and training in martial arts. I also like to meet people from different cultures and backgrounds and love to travel.
