Personal information: I have over 40 years of underground mining experinece in all phases of mine development. I've supervised crews of 20 or more miners and operators, and have experience in the operation of underground haulage equipment, shaft sinking equipment and drilling/blasting equipment such as jumbos and jacklegs.

I also speak, read and write Spanish, and have worked in foreign countries.

Field Supervisor - Newmont, Midas Mine - Golconda, NV (January 2009 to Present) ( 4 to 6 week project)

Supervised the grouting for inflow of high temperature water.

Project Supervisor -Paja, Blanca Project for Rio Tinto Mining - Peru (October 2008 to December 2008)

Quality Control - Oversee quality assurance and safety oversite for project.

Field Supervisor - Niblack Project, Ketchikan, AK (August 2007 - July 2008)

Responsible for the successful completion of the Niblack Project. This included the oversight of all aspects of mining, including: drilling, blasting, ground support and grout work according to project specifications.

Supervised all aspects of mining that lead to connection of the Kensington Mine Jualin Tunnel to the Comet side of the Jualin Mine.

Supervised development crews on three levels which were drilling, blasting, mucking, installing utilities and all other mine related development work.

Installed armored raise crib in a drop down raise, going through a 100 foot cave-in. Opened an ore pass filled with the same caved material, installed track utilities.

Sunk an 8 foot grouted and linerplated shaft down following a 60 foot 4'x4' raise. Removed all old timer and steel supports at the station, enlarged and concreted it. Enlarged an old drift through a cave in.
