Overview
I introduce myself as a senior SET Provider with considerable experience in heavy mining, some construction and associated industries including (as Project Manager) remediation post Cyclone George 2007 including $10million rebuild of village and New cyclone shelter. I have had extensive experience as a contractor representative and believe myself to be an excellent "trouble-shooter".
I am seeking permanent work following a redundancy with my previous employer and am happy entering a company at almost any level of operation including safety advisor, coordinator or Superintendent. I do not necessarily need to operate at Manager level, but will always be providing value added services to a Company.
Having been fortunate to gather experience over many years and operations I am seeking a new position and believe I would be able to help lead a Company from start-up to operations, or to work with existing schemes, procedures and systems. I have extensive SET resources to offer multiple options in development or review of existing systems and am very able to convert from one industry to another. I have not been left behind for my age and am currently extending my qualifications in safety, having completed Cert IV in training last year.
My needs are that I require a challenge and believe myself capable of rising to it. I believe I have a "can do", and a "make it happen" attitude and Ethos. I am able to relate to all levels of an operation and am extremely loyal to any Company I work for.
My ultimate aim is to be employed by a safety conscious Company where their aim is SAFE production. I am looking for long-term work in general terms but am happy to be considered for short term projects or contracts.
