* This pipeline was damage the external coating during the Works of Translei contractor; they made the procedure of repair, this material to repair was made REYCHEM COVALENCE, after it antamina made pass the Holiday Detector.

Inspection of Weld and verification of WPS, PQR and qualification of weld in different posts (depending on the work that had been carried out and the used codes)
Inspection of the works of welding in the pipeline of Carbon steel (minero-ducto) the process of welding was SMAW.
Inspection of the works of termo-fusion to the pipe HDPE (minero-ducto) that after was putted inside the pipe of Carbon Steel, the inspection of NDT was made to according the Code ASTM D2657.
The quality of WELD AND PIPES during the whole Project and the inspection of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing):

o Radiographic Testing made to the all welds joints of the pipeline, and the inspection were to 100%.
o Liquid Penetrant test made to the all weld joints (weldoltes with pipe), the inspections were to 100%.
Verification of the DOSSIERS: construction pipeline, such as the line of HPDE conduit fiber optic.

Inspection of Weld and verification of WPS, PQR and qualification of weld in different posts (depending on the work that had been carried out and the used Code: ASME B31.11; API 1104; AWS D1.1).
Guarantee of the quality of WELD AND PIPES during the whole Project and the inspection of END.
Inspection of the works of welding in the pipeline of Carbon steel (tailling) the process of welding was SMAW.
Inspection of the works of termo-fusion to the pipe HDPE (minero-ducto) that after was putted inside the pipe of Carbon Steel, the inspection of NDT was made to according the Code ASTM D2657.
Guarantee of the quality of WELD AND PIPES during the whole Project and the inspection of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing):
o Radiographic Testing made to the all welds joints of the pipeline, and the inspection were to 50%.
o Liquid Penetrant test made to the all weld joints (weldoltes with pipe), the inspections were to 100%.
o Ultrasonic Testing was made to 100% of the pipeline.
Checking the inspection QA and after Dossier of quality of the contractor that made the construction with the name CEMPROTECH; they made the construction of pipe inside the pump station and construction tanks.

Made the Audit Quality to CEMPROTECH Company, made in the department of engineering and checking the draw and AS-BUILT to the project
Audit to the quality department, checking the pack of quality during the works of welding and check the report in the field and procedure made to the project.

Check the spools - QA PSI, verifying the documents of Quality department for example: procedure of quality, WPS, PQR; welding reports; dimensional reports; radiographic test reports; check the x-rays films made to the spools (the x-rays were 100% of the all welds joints); procedures of rubber lining inside the spools and procedure with polyurethane inside the spools; procedure of paint to the spools.

Guarantee of the quality of WELD AND PIPES during the whole Project and the inspection of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), Radiographic testing, Ultrasonic Testing, dry testing, also supervision of HDPE, including different diameters, such as 48"Ø; 20"Ø; 24" etc., and revision of UT-TOFD analysis reports, which has been realized within the project.
Tasks of the inspection of the equipment in the Primary Crushing, the Secondary Crushing and Tertiary Crushing, Mills, equipment of the flotation area, milling and the molybdenum plant
Inspection of the different lines of pipes according to P&ID (pipes and diagram of instrumentation), and Isometric issues, in order to verify the valves of the floodgate blockade and the others or measurers ebb tide, etc, in the different areas which has been mentioned above
