Senior Geodetic Engineer to project surface investigation services for upgrading areas:

2. Test Station (10 location) in Balam and Bangko GS
3. Flow line along 12.5 km in Menggala GS
4. Flow line along 13.35 km & 8 wells site location in Bekasap GS

Duty and Responsibility:
* Reporting all activity to Project Manager
* Ensure the provision of accurate and timely survey control and service to all sections of the project either as stand-alone work, collaboration with contractors and contractor's surveyors and consultants.
* Establish and monitor primary and secondary controls within the target area, this includes levelling of these controls with an automatic level as well as documentation of the control and closure accuracies and adjustments, extension of these controls and placement of temporary controls to ensure timely surveys.
* Compile and update (as required) procedures and methods for all the main surveying tasks – i.e. Traverse survey, Centerline survey,Profiling & Cross Section, drill hole surveys, station establishment, computer calculations and recording of information. This also includes a code of practice for surveying on site.
* Maintain survey computer directories and accurate records of all files
* Coordinate the survey section daily activities with active interaction with the operations and engineering personnel to ensure timely and effective surveying requests are achieved.
* Maintain all training for all personnel within the Survey section and ensure that goals and objectives are set out with realistic achievable deadlines.
* Maintain a pro-active approach to all aspect s of operational safety and encourage teamwork within the department.
* Preperation weekly report, monthly and final report
* Check and supervise all drawing report including: Plan & Profile drawing, Topographic Drawing, Cross Section and P&ID Drawing
* Other duties as assigned
2. June 2004 – December 2007: With The Coal Mining Company. Site Project Bengalon-Sangata, East Kalimantan-Indonesia.
Position: Senior Geodetic Engineer.
Duty and Responsibility:
* Ensure the provision of accurate and timely survey control and service to all sections of the PIK project either as stand-alone work, collaboration with contractors and contractor's surveyors and consultants.
* Establish and monitor primary and secondary controls within the prospecting and mining lease, this includes levelling of these controls with an automatic level as well as documentation of the control and closure accuracies and adjustments, extension of these controls and placement of temporary controls to ensure timely surveys.
* Compile and update (as required) procedures and methods for all the main surveying tasks – i.e. pit, quarry and stockpile pickups, set outs for pit and engineering or construction tasks, drill hole surveys, station establishment, computer calculations and recording of information. This also includes a code of practice for surveying on site.
* Maintain survey computer directories and accurate records of all files that are utilised in volumes calculations for pit volumes and stockpiles.
* Coordinate daily survey pickups and prepare a daily dig plan for use by operations personnel.
* Coordinate and set out all Mine design and geological requirements including preparation of set out plans for all designated personnel to utilise and coordination of set out pegs in accordance with laid down procedures.
* Ensure that pit surveys are carried out on a regular basis to enable accurate bench and total volumes to be calculated at the end of each month. Survey work quantities for payment purposes to contractor if required and for use in Mine reconciliation, blasted stock calculations and process throughout figure comparisons.
* Ensure that stockpile surveys are carried out on a regular basis to enable accurate stockpile volumes to be calculated at the end of each month for reconciliation and Coal stocks calculations.
* Coordinate the survey section daily activities with active interaction with the operations and engineering personnel to ensure timely and effective surveying requests are achieved.
* Ensure that annual Mine Inspectorate plans for the Indonesian Republic Mining Directorate are carried out, signed off and presented within the allotted time frame.
* Monitor wall instability in pits, dumps or dams or other critical infrastructure with accurate reporting on required basis to provide information for failure prediction analysis.
* Interact daily with construction, operations, engineering and geologist sections and with other departments when required.
* Effectively survey, compile and collate a location Mine plan.
* Maintain all training for all personnel within the Survey section and ensure that goals and objectives are set out with realistic achievable deadlines.
* Maintain a pro-active approach to all aspect s of operational safety and encourage teamwork within the department.
* Maintain all Feasibility study areal survey to develop PIK area coal mining
