I have 7 years experience with off road equipment maintenance and repair on CAT, HITACHI, HALLA, LINK BELT, KOMATSU, SAMSUNG, KUBOTA, TEREX.
I also have 2 years rock crusher and drilling experience.

I'm a dependable hard working individual, who would be an excellent addition to your team. I work and get along well with others. I have good organizational, communication, and documentation skills, and work well with minimum supervision. I follow thru with tasks efficiently and effectively.

This company started my apprenticeship for me and I'll be forever grateful to them for it.
DUTIES Helped to maintain off road building equipment, lube and field service, welded for them when they were short welders. These guys had the most equipment I've ever worked for they had in excess of 200 pcs then. Every year they'd go to Ritchie bros auction bring back a few machines and totally rebuild them from front to back. They had an engine bay as big as the shop I'm in now they had all the final drive tools, they had a 38' cylinder bench, they were the best equipped shop I've worked for.

1990 -1999. FLEXI - COIL SASKATOON, SASK, CANADA. DUTIES I production welded air seeders for 2 years, and welded every piece possible to weld on them.
I transferred to air seeder prep and ran a 12' break press, 12' metal sheer, and iron worker for a year.
I then transferred to tool service, servicing punch plates, punch/form die sets, and drill bits. I learnt skills from journeyman machinists on lathes, milling machines, and surface grinders. I became a supervisor of these same men after 2 years of working with them, and did so for a year after
I then moved to fork lift maintenance for a year
I then transferred to Special Projects Plant Services to help with the new tillage plant expansion, and maintain the old part for a year.
A door finally opened in the R&D Prototyping, all the moving around and acquiring experience finally paid off. I worked in Tillage, Barton openers, and air seeder prototyping.
I built components from raw steel to finished product from engineer drawings and changed certain features until they were happy with it. Everything we built after the final touches were made and tested (we tested our creations ourselves ) they were cut apart for scrap and the next idea was brought forth.
Case New Holland bought Flexi-Coil out and along with it offered all long term employees a buy out option. Most of us took it.
1988 - 1990 SMOOK BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION
THOMPSON, MANITOBA

DUTIES Set up, tore down, maintained, and ran a cedar rapids rock crusher. I helped the crew that blasted our pits for us maintain their diamond drilling bits, and load holes. When ever there was a break down I'd help the heavy duty mechanic the company flew out fix equipment after my shift was over. We worked two twelve hour shifts, 28 days in 2 days out.
