As a Service manager I was deputed to Malaysia, New Zealand and Jordan (Jordan phosphate mining company) for erection and commissioning of Exploratory, Core Drilling rigs, Water well, and Screw Compressors and training of crew member for operation and maintenance & repairs of drills and compressors.
During my 15 years of experience as a field Service in charge maintaining team of Engineers and other technical staff for Mining & water well drilling rigs commissioning, Maintenance and repairs.
Recommended suitable drilling techniques and Solutions to improve the production. I also erected and commissioned hydraulic Crawler Mounted mining Drills using RR bits and High Pressure DTH Hammer and Button Bits in Coal Mines and Iron ore Mines. I have also commissioned more than 50 Mining & 400 water well drills and compressors and drilled roughly about 1600 bore holes in mining and WW of different depths in various types of earth formation. Manufacturers of 100,152 & 165 mm Track Mounted Electric & Diesel Driven Blast Hole Drill, Truck Mounted Water Well Drilling Rigs (DTH & DR ), Reverse Circulation Drilling Rigs, Percussion Rigs, DTH Tools and Mud Pumps.

As a Service Manager for Hydraulic driven Mining & Water Well drilling rigs and Compressors worked extensively for erection and commissioning of Drills. Maintaining the Team of Service engineers and other technical staff for maintenance and repair contract at field and at works. Looking after Man Power requirement at field and workshop.
The other main responsibilities included were, to create customer confidence for the new Drill Model. This was achieved by conducting extensive training and interactive sessions / classes for the operating & engineering maintenance staff.
