Project Manager
Directed multiple mineral processing plant projects for one of the leading global providers of process solutions for the mining and metallurgical industries.
* Managed projects included:
- $26M fracture sand plant in Clayton, IA
- $25M fracture sand plant in Sanders, AZ
- $38M fracture sand plant in Genoa, NB
* Acted as consultant on project related matters for $30M rutile plant in Sierra Leone, West Africa.
* Managed costs, vendors, general contractors, project schedule.
* Supervised design firm, reviewed and approved all equipment, electrical and structural drawings.
* Directed design and worldwide delivery of all project related equipment and construction material to meet the needs of the project.
* Coordinated design and construction of all aspects of fractured sand plant including but not limited to multiple out buildings, underground mine equipment, mineral process equipment and slurry between processing plant and mine through railroad and truck load out.
* Implemented and designed Project Control Coding system which resulted in the dramatic improvement of project inventory cost control and total project cost accuracy.

Lead multiple steel projects and five project managers for one of the leading structural steel fabricators and erectors in the Southeastern US.
