Type: Underground Shear hosted massive copper silver ore body.
Positions: Geology Manager and acting Mine Technical Services Manager
Reporting to: Mine Manager and General Manager
Achievements: Intimately involved in changing the mining method from an inappropriate sub level caving method to Modified Avoca. Changing the inappropriate management culture previously in place.

Duties: Set up MTS Department on site.
* Completed new grade control model for deposit.
* Deputized for Mine Manager.
* Set up Near Mine Exploration Department on site.
* Training and mentoring of Congolese professionals.
* Designed and monitored deep drilling resource program.

Gympie Eldorado Mines (Queensland, Australia)

Type: Underground narrow vein quartz hosted gold deposit
Position: Senior Geologist
Reporting To: General Manager
Achievements: Once given responsibility for the grade, in consultation with the general manager, the mining method was changed to better reflect the geometry of the deposit. Consequently, the head grade increased from 3 to 5g/t up to 9 to 13g/t.

Duties: Managing a small group of personnel at Senior Geologist level. (Until cost cutting decimated the department).

* Daily Sampling and inspection rounds.

Achievements: Completion of a resource evaluation across the Chariot Mine, which ultimately downgraded the resource, resulting in premature mine closure.

Duties: Training and mentoring graduate geologists.
* Near mine exploration targeting.

Century Mine (Queensland, Australia)

Type: Open Cut stratiform zinc-lead-silver deposit

Reporting To: Senior Mine Geologist
Achievements: In conjunction with others, having the open pit ready to transfer ore to the concentrator ahead of time. Changing of the mining method completely to reflect the ore body geometry. Establishment and implementation of the Century Geotechnical Management Plan.

Duties: Dewatering management.
* Setting up of procedures, methodology and author of a comprehensive training manual for grade controlling the deposit.
* Managing and training the grade control team.
* Geotechnical quality control of waste areas of the mine.
* Weekly and Monthly Reporting.
