-Carrying out planned maintenance on automatic valves and repairing defective ones thus overhaul,service parts,assemble,check operation and then do the installations.Valves worked on are saunders,Elo-matic valves,butterfly,power cylinders,Samson valves,pich valves and ball valves.
- Carrying out installation of weightometers and calibration.Alignment of weigh frames and wiring of panel.Models worked on include Ramsey 20-40,Micro-tech 10-20 and 10 –30 as well as TDC/1/0550 measuring scales.
- Installation,wiring,calibration of electronic controllers and pneumatic controllers.
-Worked on level transmitters such as The Probe,Vegason 51k,Vegapuls 51….61 series,Milltronics level indicators and Endless and Hauser level indicators.
-Installation,wiring and programming of flow transmitters such as Krohne IFC 010,IFC 090,Proline prosonic flowmeter 90 and Krohne H250.

-Upgrading chambishi metals plc control loop system to that of new technology of automation (Plant Scape).Plants upgraded includes Roasterplant,Cobalt purification plant and Copper Leach plant.
- TM3 overflow cobalt recovery plant.Planning, wiring and installation of instruments was done by myself and was commissioned on time.
- Installation and wiring of Utramat 6 oxygen analyzer for the Acid plant.
- Wiring and Installation of level controllers at concentrator for WEMCO cells
- Installation of Density meter,flowmeter and poppet sampler for RDS at cobalt
