Piping Designer:
* Assist to the lead Engineer for Planning and scheduling of various activities in Area and Unit.
* Co-ordination with other Area Engineers for matching the interface.
* Co-ordination with Civil and Structural discipline for clash clearance and civil supports.

* Checking of Vendor drawings and Structural GA's.
* Co-ordination with Stress peoples for stress critical lines and support design with loads.
* Co-ordination with control systems for control valves and Instrument vendor drawing.

* Equipment and Piping Modeling in PDS.
* Support modeling in PDS.
* Isometric Extraction with Error fixing in PDS.

PDS ADMINISTRATOR:
Administration of PDS and coordination of daily activities such as:
* Supporting to whole project (Civil, electrical, instrument) for any Cad issue.
* Creation of PDS Piping & Equipment Design area, Models.
* Checking of PDSYNC (PDS work share), whether the work is transferring regular to all site or not.
* Raising the RDB request for any component or spec change.
* Maintaining & updating RDB, periodical run RDB conflict reports.
* Interference (Clash Check) Scheduling, report generation and maintaining the report.
* Extraction of final IFC isometrics and issued them to Document control or others.
* Trouble shooting of Isometric for any extraction problems, isometric fail, material error and others.
* Resolution of PDS Model related problems like model get locked, get corrupted, getting error while opening and others.
* Archival and retrieval of Piping, Equipment, Tekla Civil or Electrical & Instrument models.
* Creation & Separation of design review (SPR) sessions as per project requirement and distribute to all project users by creating batch.
* SPR setup for model review (Client & Internal) using Collaboration or net meeting.
* Tag report creation and modification.
* 30%, 50% & 90% model settings.
* Material Control (MTO Reports) & Uploading Material into Pipeworks
* 3D modeling in PDS Equipment & Piping Layout.
Pump Piping
Nozzle manipulation & Equipment modification
* 2D Work in Microstation. (Plot Plan, Vendor document & correction work.)
* ELP modification to make it clear to understand using patterns and symbols (project defined) after extraction through ORTHOGEN.
* Creation of ELP in PDS drawing manager and extraction through Orthogen to provide it to the users.
* Extraction of Equipment, nozzle, Instrument, piping component, line list and other type of reports using PDS or using database links (DBMS\ MS-access).
* 3D-Tracker to update the line status, (Which lines are in check, and which is in hold…).
* Training and support to PDS users
* Trainer for SPR & Microstation 2D.
