* Sitting down in the middle management meeting when the needed arises and in PRDG meetings/conferences.
* Taking down notes in every meetings/conferences facilitated by the PRDG Coordinator to get hold of a minutes/highlights of the meetings.
* Performs related other tasks that may be assigned by the PRDG Coordinator.
