Zakum Gas Injection Project for ADMA-OPCO. (Commissioning Team) Location: ZWSC (Offshore)

Project Description: To install Gas Injection Facilities near Zakum West Super Complex (ZWSC) to inject gas into the Zakum reservoirs to enhance oil recovery/production. Technip has been appointed as Engineer to provide EPCM services on behalf of company i.e. Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management. Construction contract was awarded to NPCC (National Petroleum Construction Company). The gas for injection is to be supplied from ADMA-OPCO's Gas Gathering platform (GG II) with an initial flow of 200 MMSCFD (Million Standard Cubic Feet per Day), ultimately being increased to 300 MMSCFD. The new Gas Injection Platform (GIP) is designed to accommodate 3 x 100 MMSCFD new gas turbine driven compressor trains. 2 compressor trains will be installed for the present Phase 1 of the project and one compressor train in the future Phase 2 of the project. The gas injection lines designed to 6250 psig pressure are required from GIP to selected wellhead platforms PC-55, PC-110 and ZW-100 for Upper Zakum (ZADCO) and two wellhead towers for Lower Zakum ZK-79/82 and ZK-276 (ADMA). The GIP project also includes facilities like Distributed Control System (DCS), Emergency Shutdown System (ESD), Fire & Gas System, Emergency Diesel Generator, Power Transformers, Switchgear Room, HVAC System, Sewage Treatment System, Fresh Water System, RTU, MTU, SCADA, Solar Power Supply System, Pig Launchers & Receivers, Corrosion Inhibitor Injection, Thermal Electric Generator, Moisture Analyser, Instrument Air System, Air Coolers and UPS System etc.

DOCUMENT & LOGISTICS CONTROLLER

MATERIALS CONTROL
Ordering and controlling Consumable Items, Tools, Materials, Instruments and Spare Parts. Sourcing of information (Technical and Commercial) of Special Materials/Equipment from local suppliers to raise Material Request and follow-up with ADMA Buyers until delivery. Controlling all Vendors Commissioning Spare Parts to receive, store and distribute accordingly.

COST CONTROL
Responsible for the compilation of Weekly / Monthly Data for Commissioning Manager's Project Reports. Control all NPCC personnel's Day Work Sheets for confirmation prior to release of the payments.

QC DOCUMENTATION
Controlling all the Correspondence, Documents, Specifications, Data Sheets, Drawings, Engineering Queries, Plant Modifications, Loop Sheets, Operational/functional Test Sheets, Calibration Certificates, SAT Certificates, Chemical Cleaning Reports, Leak Test Reports, Handover Certificates, Pre Commissioning Dossiers, Punch Lists, QA/QC Documents, Reports, MOMs etc. Also prepared Handover Dossiers (Ready for Operation Dossiers) at the end of plant commissioning.

Compiling Final Dossiers including Design, Fabrication, Certification, SPIR, MMS, Installation, Operation and Maintenance Manual etc.

LOGISTICS
Leave Schedules, Timesheets, Transportation (Helicopter Booking), to contact Manpower Suppliers when required, Accommodation and Accommodation Barge matters. Also sending damaged/malfunctioning Equipments/Instruments to shore for repair and follow-up until delivery.
