DETAILS OF EMPLOYMENT AND EXPERIENCE
1. M/s. Al Hassan Engineering Co. SAOG, Sultanate of Oman
A leading EPC Contracting Company, for the Oil and Gas Industry in Oman.
(From 1st September 2002 – till date, as Secretary to Project Manager)

From December 2003 till date:
Reporting to the Project Manager of SNGP (Saih Nihayda Gas Plant) and Associated Facilities. US$ 150 Million Project, for Petroleum Development Oman, being executed as a Joint Venture Project with M/s. SNC Lavalin International of Canada.

Activities include taking dictations and carrying out routine correspondence, independently. Taking care of all General office administration at Site office, attending all telephone calls, etc. As additional responsibility, I am also providing secretarial assistance to Personnel from SNC Lavalin Canada, deputed to Project Site.

From September 2002 till November 2003:
Reporting to the Project Manager of Barka Spurline & PRT Project, taking care of all day-to-day correspondences with client, consultant as well as site. As additional responsibility, I was also handling the Document Control activities including maintaining DCR. I also had the opportunity to handle the final handover documentation of the complete Project from start, till completion and approval of the same.

2. M/s. Aluminum Technology & Auxiliary Services, Doha-Qatar.
(From January 1998 to December 1999 as Secretary)

Manufacturers and Importers of all types of Aluminum Doors, Windows, Glass Doors and Skylights.

Reported to the Manager. Attending all telephone calls from various clients, General office administration, and all Secretarial Assistance to Manager.

3. M/s. Elof Hanson (India) Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai, India.
(From April 1999 to November 2000 as Secretary-cum-Sales Asst.)

One of the largest Swedish based Trading House. Supplying wide range of products starting from raw materials to heavy equipments, machinery parts up to finished goods and Chemicals for process industry.
