- Tracks and schedules department Vacation.

-    Handling pool cars schedule, fuel receipts and vehicle expenses.

-    Responsible for vehicle maintenance schedule.

-    Organizes transport for external business appointments

- Responsible for issuing the weekly movement sheets for expats and visitors
at Beni Suef office.

-     Responsible for keeping a stationary stock and office supplies (buffet and office catering) enough for staff working in the office.

-    Creates spreadsheets and processes data entry.

- Collecting numbers of connected customers and numbers of contracts
weekly.

-    Develops and maintains tracking mechanisms as required.

-    Petty Cash.

-    Maintains and organizes supervisor’s diary and schedule

-    Responsible for the issuance of business cards for employees

-    Manage the travel arrangements as required ( hotels / ticket )

-    Receive / route incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently

- Collects, opens and date-stamps mail received by post, fax and e-mail and
distributes as required.

- Supervising office support, cleaning boy and security, drivers and make sure
that they fulfil their jobs.

- Reviewing and keeping a record of overtime sheets for Security guards and
Cleaning boy & drivers.

-    Manage all aspects of office maintenance, furniture

-    Distributes all internal and external correspondence.

- Develops and maintains files. Sorts and files all documents.

-    Processes all invoices.

-    Handles the duties of the front receptionist as needed.

-    Answers all general queries.
