Which has given exhaustive exposure for Administrative & Executive duties, different types of industrial fire (Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Textiles, Corrugated Ind., Bulk Drug & Pharmaceutical, etc) near by village fire, high way emergency calls, on-site & off-site emergency mock drill and communal riot fire & emergency calls.
- Experience as Fire Admn. Supervisor (Station In-charge), Suratgarh Super thermal Power Station, 1250mw (R.V.U.N.L), Suratgarh from 1stSeptember,2002 to 13th December,2002 under M/S I G S (Fire Division). Which has given exhaustive exposure of a full flagged fire service for Administrative & Executive duties, different types of thermal power plant fire call, maintenance of fire fighting systems as per TAC norms & BIS (Indian Standard) and also as per Factories Act.
- Presently serving in M/S ISPAT IND. LTD. Dolvi complex, Pen, Raigad as Officer Fire & Safety since 16th December, 2002 to till date. Practicing all the statutory requirements and also maintaining all the records as per norms & standards. Strictly following work-to-permit system and safety first culture.

Job Descriptions:
* Kept ready and prepared of company's Fire services.
* Carrying out regularly checking and maintenance of fire tenders, fire engines and other fire fighting equipments as per standard and specification to tackle any emergency.
* Experience of Commissioning fire tenders.
* Carrying out regular maintenance of all types of fire extinguishers positioned at various locations is as per I.S. 2190-1992.
* Imparting training in all aspects of fire fighting and safety to own staff and other employees of the company.
* Quick response to all type of Emergencies.
* Acts as the focal point for all emergency calls.
* Identify the fire hazards and develop, Prepare and implement fire protection, fire prevention plans.
* Taking plant inspection rounds and report unsafe condition and practices to the concerned departmental head.
* Advice Departmental heads, Supervisors and such other Officers in planning and organizing measure necessary for the effective control of fire related injuries.
* Investigating the incidents, prepare detailed report and submit to the concerned departmental head.
* Ensures identification of needs for professional training of subordinates, and reporting of the same through HR department.
* Advice the Personnel of store purchase department in ensuring high quality and availability of personal protective equipments.
* Liaison with project team, carrying out safety checks on all safety equipment, tools and tackles, fleet, heavy equipment, plant and machinery and men.
* Obtain work permit - Hot / Cold / confined space entry or vessel / Excavation / Electrical etc., in case of work related running plants / shutdown maintenance.
* Conduct Tool Box and safety Talks.
* Safety Drill - Fire Drill (Emergency Preparedness).
* Promote - Safety Awards for right personnel.
* Preparation and administration of ON SITE/OFF SITE EMERGENCY plans.
* Also responsible for solvents safety and preparation Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
* Liasoning and co-ordination with statutory authorities and ensure all compliances well in time.
* Exposure to ISO/ENVIRONMENT SAFETY/TPM concepts.
* Responsible for all the functions related to Plant Fire and Safety and Implementation of proper fire safety aspects in day to day operation in the plant. Organizing periodic tests for various fire fighting & Rescue equipments. Preparation of training modules. Developing and sustaining a culture of safety.
