1. Assist to prepare balance sheet
2. Assist to arrange cash flow budget and follow up expenses
3. Ability to handle cost accounting duty
4. Create monthly expenses analysis report
5. Capable of working on fixed assets & calculate monthly depreciation
6. Stock accounting (store issue vouchers + receipt sheet) and prepare monthly inventory cost
7. Annual Physical Stock checking for stock material & Capital Equipments
8. Prepare annual stock statement, which should clearly show quantity, unit price, total price, page total and summary total of all pages
9. Prepare Employee monthly payroll and calculate Social insurance & Tax
10. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
11. Set & Maintain Vendors, Customer accounts
12. Set & Maintain Accounts payable, Receivable
13. Responsible of preparing daily journal vouchers
14. Posting vouchers to general ledger
