Have worked in Refinery Processing Plants, at Remote Oil Production Field and High Pressure Systems at NGL Processing Facilities and LPG Plant as well as Petroleum & Petrochemical facility Utilities.

Q-Chem (Petrochemical), Qatar(A joint venture of Qatar Petroleum and Chevron-Philips).
Working since August 11, 2001, as Team Leader (Shift Controller) Utilities Operations. Leading a Shift Team of 5 Plant operators, Two DCS operators (Honeywell TDC 3000) and an Assistant Team Leader at Utilities Operations in coordination with similar teams on Petrochemical process plants of Ethylene & Sulfur Recovery, Polyethylene & 1-Hexene and Product Warehouse & Dock loading facilities. Act as ECC (Emergency Control Center) Coordinator during emergencies and drills. Supervision of On The Job Training and Development of the staff is a part of my job.
Hold signature authority upto US $ 5000 expenditure.
Utilities Dept consists of:
3 Dual Fuel Boilers (105 T/h @ 45 kg/cm2, capacity, each).
Cryogenic Liquid Nitrogen production plant (11 T/h).
Instrument Air Drying & Supply System with Centrifugal Compressors and Heatless PSA air dryers.
Closed Circuit Cooling Water System for process cooling, cooled by Sea Water supply by means of 6 pumps and Plate Heat Exchangers.
Sea Water system is treated for conditioning the specifications to meet Environmental Limits.
Incinerator Unit to incinerate liquid and Solid waste of the plant, under Environmental control guidelines.
Waste Water Treatment plant to treat the Process Water waste as well as Sanitary waste, under Environmental control guidelines.
