Forecasting Coordinator, Project Coordinator and Sr. Statistical Asst/Staff Analyst P&P within "Drilling and Workover organization" in Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) K.S.A.
EXPERIENCE DETAILS:
* Providing wide variety of Material Coordinator, Material Control man, Asst. to Material Advisors for Purchasing/Material Mgmt and Sr. Statistical Asst/Staff Analyst P&P/Administrative/Technical Assistant and Administrative duties to Superintendent, Supervisor, group of engineers, Maintenance Planners, Drilling Material Advisors and Forecasting Coordinators for routing and technical work. Performing day to day activities independently with a minimum of supervision and have full understanding of Saudi Aramco Policies and Procedures of Industrial Relations, General Instructions (G.I.), Time Reporting, Materials Management and safety.
* Monitoring and control of incoming P.O.
* Ensuring project Managers in the execution of their job profiles.
* Management and control of project files.
* Using SAP to control various aspects of the project.
* Material search via SAP and Standardization CD's using manufacture reference, part numbers and material descriptions.
* Order material for PM and overhead using B2B, MIGO, and SAP Reservation and transfer transaction from plant to plant.
* Material expediting, communicate well with buyer, vendor, storehouse receiving and shipping, MDD, Traffic, generate Cargo Tracing Request SA Form and follow-up with both Air/Marine Cargo.
* Create Direct Charge requisitions via SAP and follow-up with buyer.
* Familiar with guidelines, procedures and Saudi Aramco standardized Form for sending materials to reclamation.
* Prepare SA Form Discrepancy Reports as necessary communicate with the Area Customer service for control number and prepare materials for return to storehouse.
* Familiar with SAP system and provide material description and prices to users when required.
* Generate the Quarterly material Inventory Status reports.
* Identify all materials, tools, equipment and special preparation required for each job step. Possess a strong working knowledge of the AMMS system and SAP Materials system, requisition of D/C Materials etc.
* Keep database current by updating information regularly to track equipment movement within various Saudi Aramco organizations.
* Prepare MS Word documents, Excel worksheets and PowerPoint presentations.
* Maintains proper filing system of records in an organized manner for easy retrieval for report generation.
* Carry-out miscellaneous activities as necessary for the upkeep and good housekeeping of office facilities.

* Conducted engineering related studies; prepared staff reports.

Strong organizational and administrative abilities also have proven. Ability to work independently with high level of efficiency, complete multiple tasks simultaneously, and adjust to varying assignments and workload.
I am computer literate and can solve minor hardware and soft ware problems, I can design excellent presentations, charts, forms, sketches, drawings; I can design web site using Microsoft FrontPage.
