Preparation and maintenance of work order Requests along with the Maintenance of the control register, warranty Claim and al related documents. Furnishes feeder information for Surveys,analyses and reports. Responsible for Making all required entries, which show step by step accounting of maintenance in process of being repaired.
Maintains data and prepares various reports that reflects overall maintenance activities. Files all related documents Including Correspondences for ready access by senior management personnel. Performs control duties relating to receipt, storage, Transfer, replenishment, adjustment, Disposition and issue Of vehicle repair parts. Performs monthly order plan for replenishment and stock item. Duties as warehouseman and parts expediter with Logistic support Unit. Coordinates with Forman / Inspectors And production Control clerk on all supply requirements. Perform the loading and offloading the shipping trucks.

5-Maintain document register on parts requested or due in.
6-Conducts reconciliation of out standing supply action and initiates follow up action as necessary.
7-Ensure the tools and equipments are inventoried.
8-Maintain data in computer and extracts information for reports as required.
9-Enters repair parts and labor in computer to vehicle record file.
10-Edits requests from mechanics and ensures make, model serial number year are posted on each requisition
11-Ensures accountability procedures are complied with.
12-Prepare monthly preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, include remote site equipment
13-Maintain computer records of work order costs to include accident damage (Estimated Cost of Damage), labor cost and parts cost.
14-Maintain documentation records for deadline vehicle/equipment that are waiting parts, off base repair, awaiting instruction or any other reason the vehicle cannot be operated.
15-Receives all incoming jobs and assigns job order number.
16-Issue to workshop staffs all incoming jobs and explain to mechanic the task of the job.
17-Notifies customer when job is complete.
18-Translates the cost of parts and labor to money to do the actually workshop production.
19-Translate, interprets English, Arabic as required.
20-Trains Egyptian nationals in accomplishing work in accordance with approved OJT (On Job Training) programs.
21-Directs Egyptian nationals in all applicable areas of performance accordance with generally accepted industry and professional standards.
22-Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annually reports and submit to direct manager.
23-In addition to all administration works follow up the Egyptian national time sheet, filing, writing letters, telephone calls and office correspondence.
24-Responsible to the Fleet Vehicle Manager for management activities related to monitoring fleet use and taking action to optimize fleet effectiveness.
25-Able to function effectively in English and possess a proficient level of knowledge of office ADP system.
26-Maintains accurate and timely maintenance management information database in order to assist in analysis of flee use in order to recommend ways improving fleet efficiency.
27-Assist in monitoring vehicle usage and configurations as well as distribution and replacement by using ADB systems.
28-Performs technical specification reviews for proposed new vehicles.
29-Provides advice with respect to vehicle and equipment modifications and usage.
30-Undertakes periodic reviews of fleet database to ensure relevancy to current and forecasted needs and configurations.
31-Monitors vehicle usage and coordinates rotations to ensure optimum use of limited Force vehicle assets against defines needs.
32-Monitors changes in mission and fleet disposition to contribute to Fleet Manager Inputs on vehicle redistribution and replacement.
33-Controls all documentation on vehicle files, including that related to vehicle issues, exchanges and returns.
34-Performs hand receipt functions for Fleet Management Office, liaising with Property Book Office to ensure accuracy of Fleet Management holdings.
35-Controls returned vehicles held in VMF Compound pending move to disposal.
36-Monitors vehicle condition to ensure serviceability and coordinates any maintenance and servicing required.
37-On behalf of the Fleet Manager, monitors Vehicle Management Groups to ensure effective and proper use of equipment, that daily maintenance checks are carried out, and that initial training is done.
38-Investigate requests by users for new vehicle before submitting to Fleet Manager.
39-Prepare administration, monitor transaction and assist in bringing new vehicle into the fleet and purging old ones.
