ORGANIZED AND COORDINATED the preparation of environmental impact study team of a new 250M barrels oil field development project involving onshore and offshore facilities, and a 102 km crude oil pipeline export system in East Java, Indonesia by successfully completed the draft Terms of Reference document within the established time frame having a budget of more than $0.25 MM.
DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO WORK AS A TEAM PLAYER by diligently coordinating a team of more than 10 professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Ashtabula Environmental Management Project
The United States Department of Energy (DOE), Ashtabula, OH
DILIGENTLY DEVELOPED technical specifications document and work plan to ship 500 yd3-contaminated materials for proper disposal resulting in the approval by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
SUCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTED the approved work plan by effectively negotiating with regulatory agencies, motivating the project team members, completing the project ahead of schedule and meeting the US EPA requirements.
PCB Remediation Project
Fields Brook Superfund Site, Ashtabula, OH
DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO WORK SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH MULTIPLE PARTIES AND DISCIPLINES by successfully developed a work plan and several technical documents for approval by the US EPA to excavate and properly dispose of more than 8,000 yd3 PCB contaminated soils.
INDEPENDENTLY ORGANIZED TEAM MEMBERS by providing leadership and direction for the project, the subcontractors, and the vendors ensuring satisfactory implementation of the EPA-approved work plan.
Radioactive Contaminated Buildings Remediation Project

EFFECTIVELY DEVELOPED A REMEDIATION STRATEGY of Uranium Contaminated Buildings (22,600 sq. ft. total floor plan) by successfully investigating practical safety methods and completing the remediation project ahead of schedule.
Municipal Wastewater Treatment and Collection Project
PT Freeport Indonesia, Irian Jaya, Indonesia
INDEPENDENTLY DEVELOPED strategic plans by diligently investigating suitable treatment technology resulting in the approval of $6.5 MM initial capital budget. Responsibilities included project plan development, field construction & commissioning oversight, and acting as liaison between the subcontractors and the Indonesian regulatory agencies.
DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO MANAGE MULTIPLE TASKS by successfully procuring $2.5 MM in materials and equipment from 10 international vendors and developing a tracking system for 8 projects, resulting in completing the projects within the established time frame and an estimated savings of $0.5 MM in construction costs.
Kentucky Wastewater Pre-Treatment Program
