Responsible for the project cost controls related to the various "down stream" construction projects in the plant facilities. Through the BP Project Mangers assistance and reviewing the CVP stages of projects to insure all aspects of estimating, schedules & project controls have been implemented. Meet with project managers and on site Engineering & construction subcontractors to insure the project estimate / approved for construction packages can be updated through change of work scopes whether the changes are company imposed for improvements and or Engineering imposed. The pipeline is from a dedicated existing riser on the bpTT cassia B platform to (water depth of 65m) that will run from a tie-in point approximately 50 meters on shore. Dredging of shore approach for 200m to depth of 10ft cover in water depth of 10 fsw. Shore pull-in of 1.2-km pipe sting through dredged corridor. Installation of expansion spool from PLET. Flood, gauge, hydro-test and dry pipeline. Responsible for the NGC project controls in areas of Cost Control, Project scheduling, Document Control, Contracts management and Risk assessment. Reporting directly to the Project Director and Project Manager to insure daily, weekly and monthly reports are issued as per contract and inter company reporting & procedures. Directly responsible for the Project Cost reporting performed on a monthly updated basis with companies existing reporting format as well as the running of the Cobra reporting.
