HR
- Anticipate Client needs & Provide recruitment solutions in a timely and effective and efficient manner.

- Consolidate Performance appraisal of Employees for increments and incentives.
- Maintain records of all files of inbound documents ie Form 16a Tax deducted at source, Receipts of ESI/PF, etc.
- Consolidate Employee grievances and work out effective policies.
- MIS: Preparation of Monthly MIS
- Orientation, Employee File and Documentation check.(HRIS)
- Collaboration: Development Support: General Administration

ACCOUNTS
- Budgets: Assist Divisional Head in preparation of Final Budgets
- Statutory Compliances: Pf, Esic, Income Tax, Professional Tax.
- Generation of TDS certificates on monthly basis-contractors and consultants.
- Overall In charge of MIS, P/L & Balance Sheet –Airways Group.
- Reconciliations (Bank, Credit Card, Web Gateway)-Airways.
- Responsible for maintaining books of accounts manually and also in computerised format using Tally 5.4 for Arcamax computers Pvt ltd (Manufactures of computers). Wood Décor (Manufactures of wooden furniture), Antrix systems(Manufactures of Anti static mats.) Hi tech Systems (Manufactures of Pipes and steel Bends and Hinges). - Govind & Co
- Draft sale deeds, lease deeds and issue notices to clients when necessary. - Govind & Co
