After 2 years of commercial activities in the field of construction, I am for three years financial administrator of a JV construction Project.

OBJECTIVE:
I would like to increase my international experience in my field of activity.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
From April 2003 to now:

Channel Tunnel Rail Link (CTRL) Contract 576, London, approximate value of £163 million, ACT Joint Venture (Alstom, Carillion,TSO)
Project Accountant responsible to the Finance Manager for:
- production & submission of the 4 weekly Payment application to the client,
- production of the 4 weekly actual cost report inclusive of accruals, - production of the JV P&L & Balance sheet, - production & submission of the JV cash flows & cost forecasts,
- production of the JV tax returns, - managing the team on running the purchase ledger & approving payments,
- liaison with audit functions.

As well as:
TSO Commercial representative within the ACT JV responsible to TSO Export Director for:
- securing the ACT JV payments to the UK branch, - managing the branch payroll (35 employees) & HR management, - production of the branch tax returns, - managing the branch insurances, - managing the branch payments & transmission of Finance data to the HQ - production of the branch statutory accounts & submission to the auditors- annual consolidation of accounts at the Headquarters

Incorporating TSO UK branch and setting up associated services in the framework of the CTRL contract
