Expeditor- Data entry of blanket purchase orders. Expedited incoming materials for all delivery locations.

1999-Present Collins Telephone Systems, Inc. Houston, Texas

Service Dispatcher- Maintained scheduling of technicians for daily customer service issues. Dispatched technicians accordingly. Closed and invoiced all workorders upon completion.

Accounts Receivables- Generate daily invoices, run aging AR report weekly and contact customers daily on past due issues. Assist customers with credits, returns and account balances. Receive and enter daily cash receipts. File outstanding AR accounts with small claims court. Print and review sales commissions weekly. Process all credit applications and enter all sales tax certificates for customers.

Accounts Payables- Generate and receive all purchase orders. Invoice purchase order receipts, enter payables and print checks.

Sales Support- Assist all inside and outside sale reps with any information needed. Prepare bids/ quotes/proposals and all attachments for customers. Assist customers with sales and or pricing of products. Act as the backup for sales staff when unavailable or out of the office.

Purchasing- Order all new and refurbished equipment for customer and stock usage. Shop all pricing for many different types of equipment. Receive incoming faxes and calls daily for bids. Provide sales with all necessary equipment. First point of contact for distributor on open issues. Run weekly inventory reorder report. Update stock quantities and costs daily.
Marketing- Maintain information for all sales and technical team for all new information released from manufacturer. Research all new equipment incoming from distributor. Stay informed with all news breaks of equipment/training/recalls from distributor and manufacture. Order all brochures/books /manuals for equipment and customers. Schedule technicians and sales staff for new technical and or sales training courses.

Administrative Assistant- Maintain all general interoffice needs of employees. Ordering of office/warehouse supplies, maintenance of faxes, copiers, printers and postage machine. Assist employees with issues on health/dental/401K benefits. Maintain all travel reservations and Per Diem for employees.
