As EQ Scheduler/Overseer (12/86 to 12/87) developed/scheduled engineering work packages (manual/PREMIS) for deficiency correction on environmentally unqualified equipment per NRC guidelines & coordinated (on shift/2 other supervisors) planning, engineering, contractor manpower & quality control efforts toward scope completion.

B. Rousch Power Project, Client-Rousch (Pakistan) Power Limited
Developed and monitored detailed (4000 activities) EPC schedule for 412 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant near Lahore, Pakistan (P3, Lotus) by periodic communication, attended progress meetings, formulated progress and critical area/item reports and provided corrective action suggestions to project team as and when required. Utilized concepts of BCWS, BCWP and ACWP while developing/monitoring schedule.
C. West Java Coal Fired Power Plant, Client-Ansaldo Energia, Milan, Italy
Developed proposal and detailed schedule (8500 activities)-utilizing B&V's Powertrak Scheduling System (PSS) and P3 (version 2.0b)- for 550MW Thermal Power Plant in West Java, Indonesia with specific attention being given to contractual requirements, specifications, milestones and Work Breakdown Structure/ Activity Types and Classifications. Due attention was given to input from respective disciplines and the schedule, when completed, was well received by the client/project team.
D. Bin Qasim Oil Fired Power Plant, Client-Karachi Electric Power Corporation, Pakistan
Conducted delay and claims analysis studies for 210 MW Thermal Power Plant in Karachi, Pakistan by analyzing schedule (P3-version 2.0b) critical paths to date and assigning delay responsibilities to the parties concerned.
