3. Procedures and Process - ensure effective and on-time processes o Review the performance of systems and procedures to identify and provide recommendations for enhancements

- Involved in developing 2007 supply chain optimization and annual delivery programs for LNG products in 2006
- Flawless berthing allocation 2007 for LNG by production with no loading delay or berthing clashes

1. - Completion of LNG Cargo Swap Agreement between Arun and Bontang LNG plants in 2005
- Completion of Implementation procedure for a new LNG SPA with Japan in 2004
- Completion of Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement with Fertilizer Plants in 2004 and 2005
- Completion of Gas Delivery Procedure and Standard Operation Procedure for gas sales to Fertilizer Plants in 2003
