AS P&P ANALYST-II/ (Cost Analyst)
- Prepare Operating Plans, Five-year Business Plan and Accountability Reports in coordination with Group Leaders, Senior Engineers, Supervisors (Unit Heads) and Division Head.
- Prepare Budget proposals and scheduling all planned and unplanned projects for the Division. Developing and delivering Presentations for the Management as required.
- Responsible for coordinating and consolidating the Ten-year Project Master Plan for the Department and conduct bi-annual Internal Audit for the Division to insure all documents are properly maintained.
- Assist the Department/Division heads in keeping operational indices, financial budgets, statistical reports, and presentations within the established programs and procedures.
- Serves as the primary liaison with Auditing, Finance, Purchasing and support services organizations and responsible for the preparation of various special reports, presentations required for the higher management.
- Prepare and verify the Monthly Net Expenditure Reports (NDE) including manpower, materials, invoices and other costs on a monthly basis and compare with allocated budget. Prepare explanatory details for the reported variances. Also, responsible for verifying all invoices, local purchases and any other materials procured for the Division
- Working as Safety, Training & Contract Coordinator for the Division. Responsible for review and update the Dept. Disaster Recovery Plan in coordination with various organizations.
- Arranging various Technical Seminars and meeting by coordinating with various parties involved. Regularly participating high profile meetings (projects meetings, coordination meetings, operations meetings and technical review meetings, etc.) and prepare necessary reports.
- Congregate various Technical Reports, Evaluation Reports and recommendations and forwarded to Proponents to obtain necessary funds for the implementation of projects.
- Works close coordination with Department Planning Staff, Proponents and Project Engineers to monitor projects costs, progress, prepare detailed narrative reports, projects presentations and other supporting documents as required by the Management.
AS P&P ANALYST/STAFF ANALYST/STATISTICAL ASST.
- Responsible for coordinating and consolidating a Multi-Million Project ($14 Million) for the Major Fire Protection BI in close contact with various organizations in the Business Line, preparing various cost monitoring and other reports required for this project.
- Prepare Cost Monitoring and Status Reports for all BI, Planned & Unplanned Projects, Preventive Maintenance, Routine, and Maintenance Work Orders for all Fire Protection jobs in Eastern Region.
- Expert in Compiling Major Fire Investigation Reports; complied over 50 major incidents reports throughout the Eastern Region of Saudi Aramco by maintained confidentiality as per the General Instruction of the Company; attended various incident review committees; providing Fire Investigation Statistical Data for the Safe Operating Committee for the Department.
- Identify priority works and review manpower requirements against the available workforce and monitor the daily activities of the Base Crew and provide report to the concerned Group Leaders and Supervisor.
- Assist Project Engineers to perform reviews of specifications and construction/ implementation schedules of various projects, maintain project documentation records and prepare status and other required reports.
- Prepare different types of project packages, such as Short Form Contract (SFC), General Service Order (GSO) Lump Sum, GSO Work Unit Rate (WUR)/Time Unit Rate (TUR) with the coordination of Project Engineers, Design Engineers, Estimators, and verify thoroughly, obtain required approvals in the concerned documents and release to Contracts Group for contract procurement.
- Prepare project close-out documents such as Job Completion Notices, Job Performance Appraisals, Evaluation Reports and Reconciliation of Final Quantities.
- Follow-up with various Depts., Divisions, Proponents, and Contracts Group on a daily basis to obtain, update and prepare necessary information/reports as required.
- Prepare, track and update PM, & Minor Maintenance Tickets reports including cost details for over 400 facilities in Central Area and confirms work completion and do necessary close-out documentation for closing wok orders and minor maintenance tickets through SAP.
- Prepare various correspondences including operational highlights; Turnover Notes for the Unit Head, Division Heads and Managers as required.
- Update personal files of employees and maintain its confidentiality, check and verifying Monthly Time Summary Reports, time sheets, cost verification and Estimators Progress reports as per the company procedures.
- Prepare Quarterly, Semi-annual and Annual Preventive Maintenance [PM] Schedules and check-list for all Mechanical, Electrical and Fixed Fire Suppression Systems and update the information in SAP.
- Update the Organizational Chart, Safety Bulletin Board and Saudi Aramco & Contractor's vehicles report and gate-passes records on monthly basis
- Conduct quarterly physical inventory for all assigned equipment, fixed assets and library-books.
- Was operating Aramco Materials Management System (AMMS) for Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring of Planned and Unplanned Projects; to receive Ordered Materials; issue Work Order Materials; update AMMS requisitions, Stage & De-stage Materials; prepare Orders for Unplanned materials; issue Minor Maintenance Tickets; Material Reconciliation for all major Projects completed through AMMS.
