* Implementing DCC Procedures for the proper flow of documents to set up a Document Control Center.
* Serves as the first line of EDMS end user support. Managing receipt, referencing, processing and distribution of correspondence and technical documentation, received and produced by the company.
* Assist in ensuring that correct procedure format is being used and all documentation, drawings and specifications are up to date and at the correct revision
* Assist in ensuring that client numbering and revision status is being used on all documentation, drawings and correspondence
* Responsible for classification and numbering of technical and non technical docuements.
* To Ensure that the "Document Control Procedure" is applied through to project execution
* Dispatch documents and comments internally and externally as per distribution matrix & DCC Procedure and Maintains the Master Document Register.
