I am able to assist and commence an organised setup of any project with client requirements in mind in order for it to run systematically throughout a lifecycle of it i.e. loading of applicable data types, PO's inserted into applications, creating & providing vendor starter packs in order for them to submit documentation in accordance to project procedures. My communication skills between procurement, site, vendors and engineers are one of my greatest strength as it is essential one of our main goals is to achieve all documentation to reach final status (ready for a good handover to client). Reports must be available (e.g. outstanding, expected, look-ahead etc), and issued to relevant disciplines on a daily, weekly, fortnightly basis, change of expected deliverable dates are relayed to the appropriate disciplines with database's amended to reflect change in orders.
