11/01 to Present Promoted to District Office Manager
Responsible for the entire district's accounting: payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, month end closing and general ledger analysis. I hire, train and manage all administrative personnel (at present 5 timekeepers and 1 human resources coordinator).. Support to Project Managers, Safety, Estimators and the District Manager. Payroll up to 500, handle employee benefits and unemployment claims. Designed a program on Microsoft Excel for our extensive hiring process. Created a series of reports (by programming report designer) in our Timberline Accounting System for payroll (among other modules) to audit weekly payroll and employee master for errors.
