1.Working as Administrator at the Petroleum Training Centre of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, Kuwait from March, 2005 till date.

My job responsibilities include:

* Process the consultancy, long term and short term training program contracts, based on the proposal which involves creative writing, financial analysis, and eventually getting it approved from the top management.
* Analyze each and every detail of the consultancy and training program proposals of various companies before processing the contract.
* Verify the accuracy of all contracts processed before sending it to the top management.
* Process invoices for the various training programs based on the contract.
* Verify the accuracy of all invoices processed before sending it to the accounts department in the head office.
* Copying, filing and dispatching the contracts to the concerned local and international companies.
* Recording all the details of the processed contracts and invoice payments in the budgeting system.
* Prepare reports and schedules on training contracts of the various training programs and submit it as and when demanded from the top management.
* Meetings and correspondence with the officials concerned of various local and international companies regarding contracts and invoices.
* Typing English documents in the department.
* Drafting English memos for the department manager and also for other senior officials.
* Substitute the department Manager's secretary when need arises and perform all secretarial job.
* Substitute the DMD's secretary when need arises and perform all her official work.
* Maintain the register book of contracts.
* Maintain personnel files of the contractor employees in the centre.
* Filing of documents related to my work.
