* Secretary for CAPEX Committee involving the coordination of meeting schedules with attendees, prepare and route-meeting agenda, record meeting minutes and maintain file of all items presented for approval at meetings and actions taken for each agenda item.
* Interact with Board of Directors, corporate officers, foreign governments, financial community, business associates and employees at all levels of company on behalf of the Executive Vice President.
Business Development Administrator ¡V Extensive Internet research to ascertain company data and relevant news items. Extract company financial data from SEC filings (10K, 10Q, 14A) using the Internet. Maintain historical oil and gas pricing data (i.e., NYMEX, WTI). Maintain Economic Casebooks and Oil Gas Journal 200 list for the President and CEO of CMS. Update global pricing in Economics software Database. Coordinate all economic software training for users within the company and outlying offices. Updated spreadsheets to maintain and update all company files; retrieve, organize and correlate well data and production data in areas of anticipated acquisitions/divestiture. In addition, I designed and maintained a complex spreadsheet in an effort to monitor the Company's growth during the period 1984 ¡V 2000 against peer competitors. The criterion for this was a comparison of worldwide revenue, production, and reserves both international and domestic.

Prior to legal secretarial promotion, was a secretary in the Land Department for the Alaska and Offshore Regions.
