Coordinating materials for PDO maintenance jobs and WPAI project jobs. Collecting maximum available material from PDO surplus stock, and coordinate with WPAI procurement department for their procured materials. Arranging QC inspection with traceable heat numbers & test certificates. Storing all in identified locations until the time of Issue for construction purpose, keeping all documentation as per the PDO standards as well as ISO standards. Maintaining frequent stock inventory on project wise stock balance for material reconciliations with all records.
