Summary of Experience

Attend progress, change request, outstanding issues, and other project team meetings. Review contractor invoices for contract compliance. Review all incoming and outgoing contractor correspondence other than technical documents to ensure contract correctness. Provide contract guidance to project team to ensure uniform understanding of the contract requirements. Provide commercial assistance and support to PE. Prepare and coordinates the processing of RRAO's including issue of draft Adjustment orders. Coordinate the preparation and issuance of acceptance certification regarding completion of works. Assist the PE to close out the contract by assembling all contractual and commercial documentation and ensuring all contractual issues are resolved.

Manager, Contract Management - September 2007 - Present - (Kuwait)

Responsible for contract management of Crude Export Facilities at NTF, STF and MAA project for Major Project Group I in Kuwait. Accountable for ongoing administration of contracts from Post Award, through to contract close-out. Maintenance of contract data bases and hard copy contract files are also included amongst responsibilities. Coordinate with internal personnel as appropriate so as to maintain contractual integrity. Interface with customers and coordinate with accounting and financial staff with respect to invoicing and payment activities. Enforcing of contract terms in support of Contract Management, evaluation of contractor financing arrangements, reviewing and recommending with regard to Contractor claims. Contract Administrator - May 1999 - December 2005 - (Kuwait, Africa & Asia)

Responsible for monitoring multi-billion dollar Contracts, (infrastructure, oil & gas, equipment supply) in support of Company's E&C business units. Required to administrate contracts in all aspects relating to compliance with Contract terms and conditions, management of variations to Scope of Work, Claims, insurance matters, bank guarantee acquisition and progress payment execution. Represented the Contracts and Procurement Department in meetings with Contractors / Suppliers to review work progress and to ensure that Company's policies maintained.
