Analyzing the client's requirement through a brief conversation with the Line Managers of the client to facilitate the process of recruitment with maximum hit rate.
Preparing the Job Description & Specifications in line with the requirement on coordination with the Line Managers / HR.
Sourcing, identifying, interviewing and placing technical personnel for various positions with companies like Shell, Petrofac, KNPC, Punj Lloyd, Worley Parsons, Valdel, L&T, Chiyoda, Foster Wheeler.
Design and implement various non conventional sourcing strategies that includes Direct sourcing/Cold calling, Head hunting, Referral generation, Advertisement publishing and Networking to generate a qualified pool of candidates.
Sourcing through efficient usage of internal database / job portals like Naukri, Monster, Times Jobs, Dice, Jobs Spider, etc.
Design and implement various quality parameters including validation strategies to effectively analyze and scrutinize the candidate's attitude and interest towards the job applied.
Scheduling and coordinating Interviews (Telephonic / Personal) or Tests based on the clients request.
Negotiating the offer with the candidate as per the advice of the client.
Ensuring smooth transition of the offered candidates and solve discrepancies pertaining to the offer / joining date.
Collating reports – daily, weekly, monthly

Administration

Manage the routine office management functions, deal with clients and visitors and maintain corporate relations. Provide support to the management on executive level.
Sort out all incoming / outgoing mails and correspondence on the base of urgency, priority, confidentiality or routing to facilitate quick and efficient service to the concerned.
Upgrade and maintain the Internal Profile Database. Troubleshoot the software if any errors.
Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing correspondence; and file documents and letters in a systematic manner; and keep all assigned files up-to-date.
Take care of the confidential files, matters and documents for senior management.
Arrange appointments; make necessary arrangements for the meeting and ensure availability of appropriate personnel's for the meet as per scheduled time and place.

Manage the Training & Development programmes for employees.
Provide soft skills training for clients (corporate / schools / colleges )
Delivering lectures on various aspects of Recruitment Service Upgradation.
