Work Description:

ľ Responsible in ensuring completeness and timely delivery of banking transactions, such as cashing checks, accepting deposits and loan payments, and processing withdrawals.

ľ Manage bank's customer requirements by providing good customer service on:

1. Utility bills payment
2. Inquiries and handling on different type of bank accounts and loans
3. Proper documentation of bank's customer transactions
4. On time processing of certificates of deposit and money market accounts as well as travellers' checks.
5. Handling foreign currencies or commercial or business accounts.
6. Ensuring that proper controls are being taken to secure the customers'
7. account and bank's integrity by verifying the date, bank name, and identity of the person to receive payment from a check encashment.
Certify that all document presented are legal and the numerical amounts on the check is sufficient based on the customers' account funds.
8. Checking the accuracy of the deposit slips prior to processing the transaction and warrant that the cash given to customers are correct and properly documented.

ľ Perform daily cash controlling and monitoring function in the bank as well as replenishing the cash and corroborate deposits and payments on the automated tellers machines (ATMs).
