* Familiar in different type of documentation systems [by both Management &Control] such as Docs, Engineering Query, Request for information [RFI], Quality Control Procedure [qcps], Inspection and Test Plan [itps], Method of Statement, Specifications, Purchase Orders, Shipping Document, Material Requisitions. Etc.

* Update QA/QC Registry & DCG Registry for Docs such as MS, QCP, ITP, PP'S, TQ'S, CVI, MAR, DR, Concession Request & Prepare / Update Report for DCG.
* Responsible for setting up the system and training document control clerks and data entry operators.
* To co-ordinate with the main contractors for the meeting schedule and to issue the schedule highlighter and to distribute the minutes of meeting.
* Handling a team of 13 members for the distribution process that includes the copying, stamping and delivery of the documents to different departments within the company as well as with the client and the subcontractors.
