Fully responsible for preparing proposals / tenders. I am the successful and recognized person in our company's history for handling this job. Our company has been awarded several major contracts during recent years.
* Review thoroughly, understanding and Identify project/client requirements from the ITT (Invitation To Tender) package.
* Identify the criteria and specifications to ensure that proposal/tender conforms to specifications.
* Identify resources and equipment needed to comply with the proposal/tender requirements and creating staffing plan, list of equipment, etc...
* Identifying the milestones of the deliverables and creating project schedule.
* Determine capability to meet the requirements in consultation with relevant personnel.
* Establish the costs and availability of industry personnel, equipment hire or purchase.
* Estimating cost, overheads and profit, by provide for contingencies based on our past experience.
* Develop a detailed costing covering all aspects of work required for completion of the project.
* Liaising with other branch Offices for outsourcing services which not available in-house, such as engineering documents review, IVB Services, engineering consultancy, etc…
* Discuss the proposal/tender with appropriate colleagues and experts, incorporate feedback.
* Structuring the table of content of submission document as per the ITT.
* Generating several document, such as Organization chart, Project schedule, WBS, execution procedure, coordination procedure, quality & HSE documents, etc… as per the ITT & project requirement.
* Reviewing CVs and selecting qualified and experienced personnel meeting with activities to be delivered as per the project specifications.
* Compiling all document and submitting on due date.

In addition to the above proposal & projects related activities also I am familiar to work with following activities:
* Preparing prequalification documents, designing brochures, magazines, catalogues, company profile, etc...
* Adequate skills in designing logos, editing/effect to pictures, editing movies, converting presentation to movie, etc…
* Preparing the Quality Manual, Quality plan, Procedures, work Instructions, and inspection forms by referring in the relevant standards/codes, specs, internet, etc…
* Also able to coordinate inspection, project and site activities.
* Expert & Proficient in data support activities using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & image editing software, Acrobat, MS Project, etc...
* Expert skills in Excel (advanced level) generating graphs, Pivot Table, etc..
* Able to produce Project Commercial & Technical reports, Profit/Loss Report, Close-out reports, Job description and responsibilities, Quarterly & Annual reports for briefing commercial & technical status, Meeting agenda & Minutes of Meeting, Presentation for meeting & seminars, etc...
* Developing software in access and Visual Basic.
* Defining folder structure for electronic storage of data in local and FTP server.
* Supervising and training / guiding Document Controllers in Projects.
(At present there are 5 DCs working under my supervision).
* Assisting discipline engineers in Preparing working procedures / Instructions by seeking & extracting information from the relevant standards/codes, specs, internet, etc…
* Able to produce Project progress reports, which conclude summary of all technical activities carried out during the month with progress bar, manpower consumed, 4 week look ahead schedule, etc… It also includes commercial summaries and many project related information.

A multi talented person, having more than 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry. During the past 10 years I have been working in the Proposal division as Team Leader. Through out my experience in the present company I have gained lot of skills and proficiency in proposal / tender preparation activities. I have improved our company's business and achieving the targeted budget every year by winning new contracts. When I join in GL there was only approximately 20 employees, now we have more than 160 workforces, majority of them are engineers working in various projects.
Also I have extensive experience in project management. Another talent of my career is, familiar with office administration and documentation activities. One of the major activity I have done that, under my supervision (team of 5 members), have developed a huge documentation and procedures for our company's QMS / ISO Certification and it was appreciated by the Auditors and I have been recognized by our company's Board Directors for that fabulous job.

Position: Inspection Coordinator
The project consists of the following phases:
- Pipeline from Qatar Offshore to Ras Laffan (80 KM)
- Export Pipeline from Ras Laffan to Abu Dhabi (350 KM)
- Ras Laffan Processing Plant

In addition to the above JGC's work, also involved in the following:
- 2 Offshore platforms, constructed in McDermott, Dubai
- Taweelah Raceiving Facilities
- Eastern Gas Distribution System (EGDS)
- Pipeline from Al Ain to Fujairah (182 KM)
- Taweelah - Fujairah Pipeline (TFP) (240 KM)

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Direct collaboration with the Client (DEL) and contractor (JGC) for all relevant issues pertaining to the project of EPC1.
* Coordinating to all focal point/lead inspector for all work related vendor inspections activities pertaining to the project (for EPC1 & EPC2).
* Setup QA/QC archives for all documentation such as Purchase Orders, Material Requisitions, ITP's, QP's, Inspection Reports, weekly & monthly reports, NCR's and Company Procedures etc.
* Maintain all administrative documentation such as inspector's time sheets, invoices, expenses records, work order etc.
* Operating Company's EDMS "DELCOM" for all official documents remitted by client & contractor as well as for our documents that needs to be issued officially to our client.
* Action undertaken upon receipt of the following documents:
- Inspection Notification – issued to relevant Focal Point worldwide for proper notification to the assigned inspector, check/noted the 4 weeks look ahead schedule to ensure that the submitted IN are foreseen in the look ahead.
- Inspection Reports – received from global inspectors then issued to QA Engr. for final review prior to submission to client.
- QA documentation – to verify the approval status of the documents prior to distribution to all concern inspectors.
- Weekly & Monthly report – filling in required information, formatting as per approved report format prior to submission to client
* Submission of all reports thru company EDMS.
* Apart from ITP, QP, PO & MR, to ensure all required reference documentation (i.e. General Specs, Technical Docs etc.) stated/exhibited on the Material Requisition are being sent to focal point/inspector prior to commence of PIM and/or any inspection activities.
* Reviewing 4 weeks look ahead and PIM schedule to ensure all inspection notices received were listed on the said schedule.
* Maintain Purchase Order register and listing all useful information such as PO number, ordered item, criticality rating of the item, manufacturing location and name of inspector/s assigned for each PO.
* Maintain Inspection Notification register, Inspection Report register, Work Order register, and Personnel Assignment Form register.
* Monitoring all performed activities in order to assist the Project Manager for the required information needed in preparation of weekly/monthly report.

Position: Technical Assistant (Projects)
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide technical and commercial supports to the Project Management Team.
* Preparing presentations for management with technical and commercial information with support of graphs, animation, movies, etc... for their meetings and reports.
* Assisting PM for creating Project organization chart, Project schedule, sequencing of activities and linking of activities interaction, identifying milestone and deliverables.
* Assisting PM in various project tasks, during initiating project, planning resources and cost, create project schedule (Gantt chart), controlling and monitoring during execution, etc...
* Assisting PM to create WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) by identifying major deliverables, structuring and organizing WBS, decomposing activities, tasks, work package and work schedule inside each work package. Also responsible for generating WBS codes & dictionary.
* Assisting PM for hunting qualified and experienced manpower resources required for project and preparing shortlist of selected candidates.
* Assisting PM to define job description and identifying tasks to for each individual including project Admin staff.
* Attending Project Management meetings, taking minutes, writing and distributing Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with action list, if any.
* Assisting Quality Rep. for Preparing Project execution Procedure / Coordination procedure, method statement, quality plan, etc...

* Carefully reading and familiar with tender documents / client's requirement for purpose of preparing tenders / quotation, prequalification, etc…
* Estimating and budgeting the cost and preparing commercial and technical proposals.
* Close liaison with HR Department for processing visa, travel, security pass, Optima/Travel card for assigned new personnel as well as other project team as and when required.
* Close liaison with Accounts Department for releasing invoices and in other commercial issues.
