RELEVANT WORK HISTORY
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the timely preparation of financial statements, budgets, cash flow, internal management reports and reports to overseas investors.
Attend company management meetings as appropriate to share company financial perspective.
Refine and establish management reporting processes and internal control procedures.
Manage accounting staff; provide guidance to HR& admin; IT staff and third-party service providers as necessary.
Participate as appropriate in company Request for Proposal responses by providing needed financial information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable
Perform accurate and timely client billing. Maintain monthly client billable hours/days and invoice professional fees and expenses to clients. Check to make sure all client expenses have been accounted for when company personnel travel for a client.
Accounts Payable
Write cheques for accurate and timely payment of vendor invoices. File all vendor receipts to assure adequate retention of records and for posting to company's accounting program.
MIS/ Audit:-
Developing and implementing the effective MIS for whole organization.
Internal review with all the division and department based on MIS.
Generate MIS reports to enable decision-making. Submitting the Key MIS report of whole organization project and service Department to Managing director.

Essential Responsibilities:
* Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.
* Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.
* Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
* Direct and coordinate debt financing and debt service payments with external agencies.
* Oversee daily operations of the finance department.
* Manage the preparation of the official annual report of actual revenues, transfers, and expenses.
* Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts.
* Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions.
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
* Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop five year and ten year business plans for the company.
* Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
* Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department's goals and objectives.
* Serve as primary legislative liaison relative to company financial issues.
* Oversee financial management of foreign operations to include developing financial and budget policies and procedures.
* Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
* Report to the Financial Directors.
