A project of Qatar Foundation which covers the construction of 35,000sqm student centre building at Education City. The building comprises of sport courts, multipurpose hall, conference rooms, classrooms, offices, commercial spaces, food court, playground, arcade, theatres, gallery, clinic, plant rooms and other facilities.
Develop Level 3 Baseline Programme; prepare Method Statement of Baseline Programme; create scenarios to show time impact of Change Orders; prepare claims for Time Extensions; monitor floats and progress variances weekly; closely monitor procurements and deliveries of Long Leading materials; coordinate with subcontractors about their engineering and procurement activities; evaluate subcontractor's proposed recovery plan schedules; provide Area Manager analysis of schedule's current progress; recommend corrective actions for delay mitigation; generate graphical charts for client/internal meeting presentation; in charge for preparation of progress report.

A project of Ashghal (Public Works Authority) that covers seven numbers of schools situated at different districts of Doha. Each school has an approximate 9000sqm of built-up area and is designed to contain multipurpose halls, indoor & outdoor sport courts, audio visual room, library, faculty offices, toilets, classrooms, canteen & other school facilities.
Revise existing Baseline Programme; arrange networks/relationships of activities; responsible for documentation of work site's actual production rate of direct manpower; amend the Manpower resource loading of activities; arrange manpower resource leveling; create activity coding; provide bi-weekly forecast to Client and Construction Manager; prepare weekly & monthly progress report; address issues and concern to Area Manager every management meeting; create recovery plan schedule for two (2) project sites; prepare reports as required by Project Manager.
Al Sadd Sport Club HVAC System
Project Cost: USD 20,000,000
The open football field of Al Sadd Sport Club adds a special feature by installing cooling system around the sport court. The scope of the project includes installation of HVAC system around entire sport court and construction of 300sqm Plant Room which runs by Transformers, Pumps & Centrifugal Chillers.
Revise existing WBS of Master Schedule; coordinate with MEP designer for the revision of MEP Shop Drawing Register; familiarize Quantity Surveyors on zoning of the project; help Quantity Surveyors in material take off; develop detailed Baseline Programme based on the approved Tender Master Schedule; in charge of resource loading of activities; monitor procurements & deliveries of Long Leading HVAC equipment; coordinate with HVAC subcontractor to develop a practical and logical Level 3 Baseline Programme; prepare progress report.

Help in the development of Master Plan Schedule; assist the cost engineer in the revised control budget; revise the Shop Drawing & Document Register used at Level 4 Baseline; revise Procurement Schedules due to changes in designs to meet delivery at site for the On Site Required Dates; prepare progress reports; responsible in updating of project schedule.
Nationwide Air Navigation Facilities Modernization Project – Phase III

The project covers the upgrading & modernization of Air Navigation Facilities ANF under Air Transportation Office (ATO) through improvement of existing facilities & establishment of new facilities at 25 selected airports and sites nationwide.
