- Lead the Document Management Group

- Manage the issuance of technical documents such as design, vendor & subcontractor's documents using DMRS / WEB DMS ( Document Management System )) to the concerned personnel as per distribution matrices.
- Interfaces with all lead discipline engineers with regards to their documents to ensure that the requirement of documentation are properly handled.
- Follow up & carry out necessary action on documents on hold, outstanding & pending status of documents to resolve in timely manner.
- Records the returned comments from reviewer & forward to concerned engineer or originator.
- Develop & maintain an updated filing system & document store.
- Generates status report of the documents periodically.
- Ensure that the documentation are being handled in accordance with the procedure confirming the quality requirements by ISO.
- Set up the plan dates, time frame, production steps of deliverables in DMRS
- Inputs of progress mark-ups
- Interfaces with planning engineer with regards to progress mark-ups, reports and schedule set up..
- Preparation of award packages to subcontractors as per requisitions
- Coordinate with the Client/subcontractors regarding the issuance/receipt of documents & other related matters
- Responsible for the handover of the plant dossiers & other construction documents upon project completion.
- Assist & full coordination with turnover engineer & all disciplines for the handover of documents to the Clients
