March 2004 to March 2006 - Director and General Manager, Australian FPSO Management

Responsible for all safety, commercial, business development and operational management activities of the Perth based AFM organisation. Managing the Perth business unit on behalf of the corporate entity Premuda Spa Ltd. Manage existing production operations contract with ENI Australia to operate and maintain the FPSO ¡* Four Vanguard¡¨ operating on the North West shelf Woolybutt field.

Acted as the interface between ENI/Premuda to resolve a number of commercial, contractual, safety and operational issues associated with identified latent asset deficiencies from the project handover phase. Prepare and implement 2004/05/06 business plans. Design and restructure the organisation for future Australian/Asia business opportunities.

January 2002 to March 2004 - Independent Consultant, Hunter Oil Pty Ltd.

Managed a small consultancy company specialising in production operations support, field development projects, FSO/FPSO's and marginal field techniques. Operations management of an existing 10,000 bpd production platform and FPSO. Maintained production levels from the existing oil-rim gas field by extensive well re-entry, stimulation and tubing perforation programs.

Responsible for operations engineering review, technical input, management and operations preparedness for the installation of a new 120 MMScfd bridge-linked gas treatment and compression platform to existing wellhead platfrom, as part of a brown-field upgrade project.

OPEX budget US$ 18m, total staff of 200.

Managed the discipline engineering, procurement, contracts, project engineers and commissioning team from work scope definition, through FEED, detailed design, procurement, tendering, contract award and pre-fabrication.
