Coordinated/developed/managed, in a Senior Executive capacity, the bidding process for obtaining contractor and subcontractor bids in a dynamic, internationally focused energy sector company. Researched service and supply sector. Identified preferable candidate companies. Set up competitive bid process and analyzed bids. Claim & Resolution of severe corrosion of recently completed pipeline for a global energy sector company. Sub-contractor responsible for providing cathodic protection on pipeline was negligent in using proper care and attention. Negotiated settlement whereby sub-contractor replaced damaged pipeline and in addition sub-contractor provided rental tanks and trucking in order to get crude oil to market on a timely basis. Results: Saved minimum $1.2 million in potential lost revenues.

Researched/negotiated contracts and terms on non-performing, high operating cost assets turning them into profitable, revenue generating entities. Results: Increased profit $4 million in 8 months. Reduced operating costs by $3 per produced barrel in same time frame.
