Over eighteen year's experience mainly concentrated in the areas of Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E), while working for chemical manufacturing and oil and gas exploration and production sector. Over four years experience in implementing and maintenance of ISO 14001 EMS.

Selected Achievements:
* Among six-company executives promoted during their probation period. Promoted twice within three years.
* Established and organized the HSE department. Developed Company HSE policy, protocols, rules and regulations and HSE standards based on OSHA, NFPA, RoSPA and ISO 14001 EMS guidelines. As a result, accidents were gradually controlled resulting in a total saving of US$ 0.4 million in medical, compensations and liability costs during the period Jun 2002-May 2003 and work man-hours reduced from 9.35 Million to 4.28 Million
* Developed General Safety handbook, safety practices manual, safe operating procedures, environmental protection manual, ISO 14001 EMS Manual, First aid manual, hazardous chemical manual, home safety manual, etc.

* Developed and implemented a comprehensive HSE information and dissemination program consisting of Safety Toolbox Talks, Safety Meeting Repro's, HSE Bulletin and Monthly Injury Summary Reports.
* Workplace health hazard assessment for all company activities undertaken and recommendations for improvement developed and implemented.
* Health statistics and monitoring system in relation with workplace hazards established in coordination with company doctors.
* Job hazard analysis for repetitive activities undertaken and completed.
* Accident Investigations based on modern practices using audio-visual equipment, sketches and interviews introduced.
* Safety design engineering and HSE vetting of new projects and operational modifications through HAZOP introduced;
* Regular annual safety audits undertaken.
* System of spot HSE inspections through HSE Checklists and reporting protocols established.
* Continuous ambient H2S monitoring and weather monitoring station at all company operating fields and drilling locations established.
* Fire teams established and regular monthly fire drills held.
* Automatic fire suppression systems in vital records rooms installed.
* Individual Executive Technical and Management Development Program was developed and implemented as a test in the HSE department to induce a culture of successive nominations and team development.
